Compliance

We Protect Our Reputation, So You Can Protect Yours.

An alarming statistic of the collection industry is that fewer than 150 of the nation’s commercial collection agencies have all the necessary licensing to collect debts on behalf of their clients. Every day lawsuits are filed against unlicensed agencies for unprofessional recovery practices. Why take that risk? It’s your reputation at stake.
MB&W has been certified by outside parties and licensed auditors, including CLLA, SSAE 16 and ISO27002, to affirm we are compliant with all best-practices processes and data security standards.   Annual audits ensure we maintain these accreditations.  We are fully licensed, bonded and insured to provide commercial collection services in all 50 States and Puerto Rico.

For you, this means:

  • Less legal risk
  • More cases resolved, faster
  • More positive relationships with your customers
