Account Managers. This gives them multiple sources of information on customers and their potentially attachable assets.

Each Account Manager has full access, at his or her desktop, to our Electronic Document Management System. This system contains all digitized paperwork associated with a claim, such as invoices, delivery receipts, order forms and correspondence with counsel. The Account Managers can then fax or E-mail all of these documents as required on a timely basis.

we can respond immediately to your issues.


We've created an exceptional work environment that fosters an industrious and uninhibited atmosphere. Our new 18,000 square feet facility has spacious, 125 square feet workstations. Account Managers use 900-megahertz telephone headsets and can leave their workstations while still answering calls.
