Imagine having your customer on the phone requesting additional credit when, at the same time, you are viewing MB&W's collection notes on your computer. You will have access to what prevented him from previously paying or what was said by the agency that inspired him to call you.

This scenario has now become reality with our new software we appropriately named RAPPORT. RAPPORT gives you direct access, on a real-time basis, to our collection notes. At any time, you or your personnel-whether in the credit department branch office or in field sales-will be able to log onto our site via the Internet and within seconds be looking at our notes. These notes are imported on a secured (firewall-protected) web site and are not audited or reviewed prior to you seeing them. You can follow progress on accounts or enter your own notes, which then become part of the permanent record. When you enter information, an icon will appear on our screen, alerting the Account Manager of an account that needs immediate attention.
