The MB&W Management Team consists of two highly respected
collections professionals having a combined total of over 35
years in the business. Each made significant contributions to
the industry. They market the purpose of MB&W to their staff
as aggressively as they do their clients. Clearly defined objectives
are given to their staff, along with the training and resources
that allow each employee to meet and exceed these objectives.
A prototypical phone system was installed to provide clients
with access to MB&W's staff wherever they are, day and night,
seven days a week.

In 25 years in the collection business,
Steve has become one of the industry's true innovators. As
National Subrogation Manager for Progressive Casualty Insurance
Corporation, Steve assembled the company's first collection
department. In 1980, he founded Grable, Greiner & Wolff,
where he introduced the first EDMS application for the collection
industry in 1991. Not only possessing strong management skills,
Steve is recognized as a pioneer in developing computer systems
and applications for the collection industry.
What is required to recover money
for our clients is a company dedicated to employing and
retaining the best recovery specialists in the market. I
believe we now have that in place to not only succeed, but
to establish the next level of receivables management.

Freida is an acknowledged leader in
creating procedures for process management interfaces between
creditors, agencies and IT departments. In her 15 years experience
in the collection industry, Freida designed client relationship
programs for over 500 companies, including SBC, Ameritech
and Safety Kleen.
