MB&W
ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Your Best Advocates
MB&W believes that the quality of the agency's personnel
makes a company exceptional. To excel at the "next level'
of receivables management, we had to set the bar a little higher
to recruit Account Managers to be true emissaries of our service
program. Their "buy in" to what management has promised
the client is critical.
Each individual goes through at least two interviews
(typically three), as well as being tested by an industrial
psychologist. We've assembled a group of Account Managers
who average 12 years experience in the receivables management
industry. At their previous endeavor(s), each was a top performer.
Management's philosophy and a strong
incentive program attract the high caliber Account Managers
we seek. Superior collectors can make recoveries that a credit
manager marvels at. Our Account Managers enjoy the collection
process, which is something that most of us view as unpleasant.
By employing superior collectors we are able to pay them way
beyond what our competitors pay, as they routinely collect
"way beyond the norms." The commission program for
our Account Managers is one of the strongest in the industry.
Rather than pay them only a nominal percentage, we offer a
significant portion of that increased recovery amount.
Our Account Managers focus on quality
calls rather than on the quantity of calls. The working environment
we have for our Account Managers is extraordinary and helps
motivate them to perform at the peak efficiency. Our new facility
is an 18,000 square foot building that has exceptionally large
work stations. Each Account Manager's work station has a T1
line connected to his or her computer. This gives them the
fastest access to numerous sources of information that helps
in contacting our client's customers, locating them, obtaining
their phone number and identifying attachable assets.
Oftentimes, the secret in collecting
the client's money rests in the paperwork behind the claim.
Each MB&W Account Manager has full access at their desktop,
via the Electronic Document Management System, to all paperwork
associated with the claim placed. This may include invoice
copies, proof of delivery, copies of the original order or
correspondence with the customer's counsel. By having this
paperwork directly available to our Account Managers, they
can respond immediately to issues the customer raises. This
also eliminates asking a question to a client that he or she
already addressed prior to placing a claim with us. Furthermore,
they can fax or e-mail any of the documentation to the customer
without ever leaving their seat.
MB&W Account Managers are true professionals who thrive
in an inherently
confrontational arena, and get results without alienating
your customer from doing business with you in the future.
We're always seeking proven Account Managers who want to be
part of the team working on "the next level of Receivables
Management." Send us your resume or E-mail
us.
